Black Horse Village is a 27,000 sq.ft. shopping center located on historic Bethlehem Pike. Flourtown’s existing architecture consists of a series of 18th & 19th century stone farmhouses and taverns lining Bethlehem Pike, intermixed with light commercial development. The proposed Black Horse Village captures the character and charm of an old Pennsylvania farm, complete with a brick manor house, simulated stable, blacksmith and barn images throughout. Construction is scheduled for the summer of 2003.
