The McCarthy Residence is a 900 sq. ft. addition to an existing 2100 sq. ft. three story beach home. The renovation includes adding new windows and complete re-roofing and re-siding of the existing struture. Additional renovations include a new kitchen, bathrooms and outside decks. The intent of the architecture was to capture the classical New England Shingle Style.
