The Windsor Residence is a renovation of an existing house on Larchmont Harbor built in the 1920's. Having little or no work done since the 20's, the building was gutted completely and renovated with several new additions including roofline changes, rear porches overlooking the harbor and a central staircase renovation including a large picture window and domed ceiling.
